Erika has been a staple in the fitness industry for over a decade. This Colombian is the owner and founder of the Belly-n-kicks® Prenatal and Postnatal Exercise Program. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE®). As a mother and fitness enthusiast, Erika has a unique connection with her clients that stems from her own personal journey toward wellness. She is an avid athlete herself and enjoys working out thru cycling, strength training, Pilates and some running.

Gaby is a native of Argentina, where she completed her BS in Physical Education. She has more than 10 years in the fitness industry and she is a mom of two beautiful girls, Joy and Bella. Gaby is a Belly-n-kicks® Level 2 Certified Trainer and an ISSA™ Certified Trainer. Her vast knowledge in Women's Fitness is reflected in her training style and she sure motivates her clients to give everything they got. She enjoys working out thru strength training, stretching and plyometrics.

With a background in a variety of fitness pursuits, this NY native was inspired to become a Certified Trainer after working many years in Finance. Alison has quickly become a very knowledgeable fitness professional in Prenatal and Postnatal Exercise. Alison is a Belly-n-kicks® Level 1 Certified Trainer and a ACSM™ Certified Trainer. She is also an AFPA™ Pre and Post Exercise Specialist and she recently became a Purre Barre Certified Teacher. She enjoys working out thru running, strength training and Pure Barre.
